Stealing video format/idea?

I've Got It
I was going to let this go but it's been legitimately bothering me. I feel as though I know the answer already but I figured I'd see what you guys thought anyway.

I just discovered that a big YouTuber, who shall remain nameless, took an old video of mine and re made it. Thing is, the YouTuber made it a year ago but I only just found out because I don't actually like that YouTuber so I don't subscribe to them. I just happened to find it while redoing the tags on my old videos.

The big YouTuber made their video a year after mine and before theirs, there were no other videos like mine on YouTube. I know video ideas are kind of fair play but the thing is, the big YouTuber used the exact title and the same format as my video except they changed the presentation slightly. The kicker is that the big YouTuber is very well known and the video has made like $10,000 (thank you TubeBuddy, haha).

I have read on Google about big youtubers doing this before and the small youtubers flagging it as copyright, but those instances were nearly word for word copies.

Basically, my question is, can I flag their video as copyright infringement? Or do I just need to begrudgingly let it go and get over it?

Did they use your actual video, or did they do their own version of your idea? if it's not your exact video I think you are out of luck. That would be like me trying to flag someone else who mounted a GoPro to their own dog and took it to the dog park way after I already did...

It's hard to see ppl succeeding so much with your invented stuff and you're not, but that's the way it rolls. :>

You could always call her/him out and start a flame war. Ya know, for the lolz. That's actually probably not such a good idea, DISREGARD!
