Stay with network or resign?

Hello,

My gaming channel has around 1.2M monthly views and the contract with my network is on 90/10 basis.

Someone told me that nowdays the channels earn the same money working with AdSense alone, without any network. Is it true?
Can I just leave my network at the end of my contract and from that moment save 10% of the earned money I give them every month for NOTHING?
Or my CPM without the network will be decreased and that's why I should continue to work with network?
What about automatic copyright ID system? Will my videos be more exposed to copyright claims without the network or the system work the same for all monetized videos, no matter if you partnered with network or not?

Your answers will be very important to make my decision. Please inform me in case you are 100% sure about these issues.

If you are a United States citizen and haven't paid taxes, Adsense will withhold 28 percent of your earnings. If your taxes are on point leave your network.

Are you a managed partner or affiliate? If you are managed it's worth the 10% so that you are not scanned for content id, but if you are affiliate then you might as well go with regular adsense.

If you're managed partner, you won't have "Request to unlink" button in "Status & Features" under Channel tab, afaik.

"Request to unlink" button
I have the "Request to unlink" button. That mean my channel type is "affiliate" and I don't receive any protection from content ID scans?

To sum this up:
If I'm not USA citizen, my channel is "affiliate", I will earn exactly the same money with Adsense in case I resign from my network?
And in addition to that my videos will be exposed to content ID scans exactly the same way they are exposed now under my network shell?
Is it correct?

Pretty much, yes. You should earn even more since you won't be giving up on 10% that goes to your network right now.

However, something worth keeping on your mind: I don't know how things are on YouTube nowadays for channels who aren't part of networks, but two years ago most of our videos weren't monetized since YouTube wanted additional proof that we can upload footage we're uploading. And since we only had public legal notice and not specifically written permission, our only option was to join a network to be able to instantly monetize content. But if you run into such trouble yourself, you can always join your network again or find another one with same or similar revenue share. :)
