To start a successful Youtube channel, first, you should build your content. Your content should be new and informative enough to catch people's attention.
For new youtube channel, you should upload more videos. About 3 videos/week, and each video should last from 7 to 10 minutes.
You should focus on the sound and the image quality. I mean the video sound should be clear, no interruption, and there is no blur in the images. You can add illustration effect, images, logo to make your videos more interesting. I suggest you add subtitles as well. I'm using Iphone to film, Imovie to edit my videos, and Subblink to translate my videos into other languages, it's free and takes short time to translate a 7-10 minutes video. With Imovie, it's a macBook's free video editor, but if you want to make your videos look more professional, you can invest in Final Cut or Premiere.

1. Channel Banner
2. Introduction Video
3. Optimized Playlists
4. Defined Channel Keywords
5. Custom URL
6. Channel Description
7. ‘Connect with Me’ Template
