Spot le problems?

I'm still in need of advice, the previous advice I got was useful but I'm always looking to improve.
I mean I think I got my voice improved, but what else?
Should I stop saying umm? But I have a habit of doing that how should I stop it?
My latest video should show where I currently am.
 
Yes, stop saying um lol. Or, just cut out when you say um. Think of it as a presentation; if someone is saying umm too many times, you will start to get distracted and probably counting how many times they say um lol. It's okay to say it every once in a while, but don't say it too much.

you do say it a lot but it isn't too bad, maybe write down what ur gonna say so you don't have to try and think of it

I should totally open a notepad and write what I will do in each episodes and some back up topics for when I ever run out of ideas for the episode. I really needa get organized. I get off track so easily.

Its ok i do my commentaries spurt of the moment too, but a couple i wrote things down if i knew what i wanted to talk about if not i just kinda say whats in my head
 
I haven't done any voice work yet but I would just write notes on points your going to talk about. That way there's alot less thinking when you move from topic to topic.
