Speeding Up Clips (Sony Vegas)

Hello everyone!
I understand how to CTRL and drag the clips to speed up or slow down but I want to get all of the clips at the same exact speed. Is there a way to Speed up to a certain EXACT speed like 2x, 4x, etc. ?

I'm pretty sure if you just select all the clips at once you should be able to adjust their speeds simultaneously.
