I would like to know how could i make my videos look more like the darkish tint you see in this video right here

I sometimes use "Night" under CC.

Video FX > Color Curves > "Night" Present, you can always adjust the color channels if you want a different color or even darker
Or: Video FX > Brightness and Contrast > "Darker, More Contrast" Present
