Sony Vegas Problem!

Hey guys so I use two video editing softwares, one is videopad , one is sony vegas. But im having problems with sony vegas, I cant import .avi files! Please help

I believe Sony Vegas doesnt support .AVI, you will probably have to download a converter, and convert it to like MP4 or something

There is no way Vegas cant accept AVI.
My fraps recordings were AVI when i used them in Vegas.
Try reinstalling your software.

My recordings are AVI and work fine with Vegas. May be a problem with your Sony Vegas I would recommend reinstalling

I have the same problem and I'm not sure why. I have tried researching it but no one seems to have any answers. I even tried downloading an older version of Vegas and still no results. I feel terrible complaining though considering i got a cracked version for free hahaha
