Sony Vegas Problem

So I recently got Sony Vegas and I have been editing my videos with it. Everything seemed fine and the first few ccame out fine in 1080p no less. Then something happened.. I am not sure what but now my videos come out all messed up looking.

They have the pixels all messed up. If you don't get what I am saying check out my video it is an example:

This has been happening on all my videos after rendering for a while now and I cab't find how to fix it. I tried 720 p instead and making sure that the rendering template matched the video. I tried moving down to 720 but that didn't help either. Can anyone help me?

Have you made sure all the video render settings are at their defaults? What format do you render? I use .wmv for high quality videos

Yes they were at their defaults and i use mp4[DOUBLEPOST=1388691544,1388690541][/DOUBLEPOST]

I saw the video. It looked like she was suffering a different kind of pixel problem then me but I'll still try it anyways
