Sony Vegas Pro 12 freezes on import

I got a video I already converted to .mp4 like I do with all the videos I record. There's this one video that makes the program freeze from the moment I want to import. All the other ones work without a problem. I'd say rerecord... Stupid but ok! But still, why is the program freezing? The video tries to build peaks but doesn't get further than 1%.

Something like that happens to me too. I would to watching my video all put together in Vegas, and at a certain part it would freeze and I would have to restart Vegas -_-

I get this also. Some of my mp4 videos crash and others don't. I am assuming its a codec problem. If you can just convert it to avi and export to mp4

I dont know a solution sorry , but vegas pro 12 has bugs!
