Sony Vegas Pro 12.0 Glitch.

I've Got It
Hi, I'm hoping someone has experienced this glitch before and knows how to fix it? I have been busy creating graphics since I opened my shop up here on YTtalk, so yesterday I decided to record and edit a video. However, when I came to rendering the video (same settings as I always use) the render said it had completed 100% but only the .temp file is there, not the rendered video (as if the video hasn't finished rendering).

I have tried the following:
  • Leaving the video to continue rendering for 30 minutes+ (it was 100% rendered after 18 minutes).
  • Repeating the render three times.
  • Closing Sony Vegas and trying again.
Any suggestions/solutions are welcome.

This happened to me on Sony Movie Studio HD 12 once -- I checked off "Render only loops" or something and it worked. Maybe try that?
