Sony Vegas No Video?

Hey everyone hope your well. I have been using Sony Vegas 12 for almost 2 years and has played an important part in my YouTube Career.

But today for some strange reason whenever I insert a Video into the Timeline only the Audio appear up not the Video. Very strange.

I have never encoutered this strange problem before. I have tried other video files and they seem to be working fine. Its just "one" particular video,

I really need that "one" video.

What can I do?

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Is that one video a different file format from the others? Or recorded with different hardware/software?

Hey GamerKeebzy thanks for your response bud. The video file has .mp4 same as all the other video files that I have been using. Although the file size is quite big just over 9GB which I think is the problem? But then again both the video and audio should still appear up on the Timeline.

Ive occasionally been having this issue lately as well. Did you update to version 670? That's when I started having the issue.

An option you have it to replay the video in a windows media player or something. and Do a monitor capture of the video being played with a software like OBS

Hey SwingPoynt thanks for your response. I'm currently using build 486 not sure if that's the version bud.

ALWAYS CONVERT TO IF THE FILES ARE NOT ALREADY MP4 FILES BEFORE YOU ADD TO SONY VEGAS!

JUST FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:)

Hey Magnus TV thanks for your response. The video file was already converted to .mp4 and was done in the same way as all the video files that I have used Sony Vegas.
