Something weird on my videos :(

I've Got It
Okay guys I could really do with some help.
Iv'e never had this problem before but for some reason this keeps happening to my videos:
It flashes on and off for literally half a second.
Thing is it's also happening to other videos. Ones ive rendered and watched.
Here are the images:

I'm starting to think its either a PC or HDD issue, any help or feedback would be great :)

probably your graphics card going out or dusty. I took mine out and used compressed air and blew all the dust out of my computer and especially off the graphics card and it helped when this was happening.
