I was just wondering if its affecting everything on your PC or just your browser/YouTube page?

I don't know. I uninstalled Internet Explorer ages ago because it was way to slow. So I guess its just this browser

Oh, sadly then I don't really know what to suggest. Try closing the browser and restarting your computer, or re-install it if its still broken??

adjust the zoom on the browser, or check some settings to see if anything looks fishy

Ctrl + 0 (zero) normally returns the size to the original size
