Someone Re-edited My Video... Again!

I've Got It
Okay so there is this channel called "The Economic Collapse", which uploads videos on well.. the economic collapse. So this chnnel a while back decided it would be a great idea if he re-uploaded my 3 successful simulation videos(12,000+ combined views). I found out and reported him. But he came back so i reported him. This time he re uploaded again, but now he had edited it. More specifically, he slow down the footage and the lighting. PS: I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post a link to the video.

WHAT DO I DO?

I have seen his work, huge difference between ur channel and his channel, his videos are longer than 45 mins, so I dont think reporting will work

No, he took one of my videos and slowed it down a bit, change the transparancy and cut it. Not all his videos. He steals all of his content from different sources.
