Someone is using my trademark and wont get rid of it

so this person is claiming to be part to part of my company but is not part of it and is using my trade mark
i have report it and filed a trademark report thing and nothing has happened , what do i do?

it is registered trademark

Are you part of a network? If so I'd ask them to follow up, otherwise you'll have to do the footwork
 
Where are they claiming to be a part of your company? It could be considered a form of impersonation and some websites wont tolerate that. How are they using your trademark exactly? In which country or countries was your trademark registered and where is this person using it from?
 
i looked everywhere for that trademark you said and i cant find it anywhere on your channel, facebook, and twitter. this case will be every hard for you to proof without the TM mark that should have been in the (where ever it can be). this type of thing happens to new TM users, they never show the TM and next thing they know someone has a name that is similar to yours.

you don't know what the logo or title of the trade mark is though.
 
The trademark and copyright offices probably get a lot of inquiries and might take awhile to get to your claim. How long ago did you file the report?
