Some quick advice

I fixed up my thumbnails and stuff and I think there ok what I really want to know is my channel art ok?Should I change it and if so any tips you guys can give me I'm not asking you to even glance at my video just some advice on my banner would be appreciated thanks

i will say its very bare and not very eye catching. I am not an expert just my opinion but i would get rid of some of the negative space.
