Some questions about Networks

Sry, if this was answered some where, I admit I didn't searched. But it is because I want a personalized answer? I don't know... ok.
1 - Can this/some Network solve my problem with the "Monitoring for Possible Review" thing, or why my video are automatically tagged with (!) "More information needed" right after uploading? I have already sent all the proof that I have the right to monetize my content, but still, no changes, and it has been like that for one month already.
2- Can they send my payment to some local bank account in my country? or they only pay you via Paypal, or checks that can only be available for some countries? because in my country, Argentina, you can´t use PayPal, the government here don't wan't you to have American dollars, I mean, they want Dollars, but just for them, not for you, you know what I mean? f* thieves!
3- If I join I can get out if I don't like it, let's say, one month... or I have to wait whatever they want?

Don't be sorry for asking a question, everyone here is happy to help! :)

1. Sometimes the content you upload will be automatically tagged as having copyrighted content within the video (this is common with games with radio stations such as GTA where the music will cause it to show up.) It could be a false catch and if you appeal it and the company that filed the claim does not respond in a month or so you should get it lifted from what I remember. It really does depend on who you're fighting against if you have a chance of winning against a claim - music labels are often the hardest to fight against.

2. This depends on what network you are with. Quizgroup for example is Russian and will offer more methods (at least, I imagine) in Russia than other places. Since you live in Argentina, I would say that you should find a network that is willing to accommodate by contacting various ones. You can ask networks what payment options they have, many do bank transfers which may be perfect for you.

3. This again will depend on the network you're with. Some networks ask you to sign a contract that will last a year or two and after this period try and keep you signed in by offering you an extra revenue percent. Some networks have 'zero lock-in' contracts so you can leave whenever you want, this is something you will have to look out for by researching the networks you sign into.

The Freedom! Network is a good network! They pay via paypal. As for the video issue, I don't know what causes that. If you want to join the Network Click the link below or at their website.
