[Solved] Telltale Games - The Walking Dead

I Love YTtalk
EDIT: I took the risk with the dispute and the video was released. Looks like VS Media's probably just having problems with the Content ID system.

I've got a bit of a problem before filing my dispute:
Some company called " VS_Media Affiliated Network" has put a claim on the 'visual content' in my latest TWD video at 11:09. I've looked into and it seems I'm not the only person hit with this, in fact 2 other people have released videos in the last 2-3 days and posted on forums about it. It's obviously a false claim cause Telltale publish and own the copyrights to TWD.

Now my other issue is that I know Telltale don't mind fan made videos check here for verification: https://www.telltalegames.com/support/discussion/32026/youtube-permission

But that leads to another problem, there's no official YouTube policy page and I know YouTube/Google sometimes reject things like this because apparently a link to proof isn't good enough.

Prior to starting the let's play I had emailed Telltale back on the 13th incase something like this happened and they haven't replied since, so I don't currently have anything 100% solid to dispute the claim with, I can really only call their bluff. I've emailed Telltale again today but I don't want this VS Media company making money off the video since Telltale prohibit monetisation and it's unfair since A) that company who has nothing to do with them is making money off it while I can't even do that and B) I could probably get into trouble with telltale if they think I'm the 1 monetising it.

I need to know what I can say exactly to protect myself from the 3rd party trying to reject the dispute? Normally I'd select the "I have a license and written permission option" but I'm a bit stuck in this case.

Yes. I received a letter that they have withdrawn the complaint.
Oh okay, did you just select the license & permission option and say they didn't own anything? Cause that's what I did with a false claim I had in the past but I had written permission as a backup.
