I've Got It
I, Andrew, Head of AffectiveGamers, am in need of a program that is able to edit videos to look spectacular, and edit all the stuff I need.

Also, could you find me a program where I can easily make Thumbnails for the videos?

Virtualdub is some good Software, Check out Ethoslab Tech Tutorial to see how to use it, And for the Thumbnails you could us, Paint.NET, And if you get a Plugin you can use PSD Files. :)
 
For making my videos, I use Sony Movie Studio Platinum 12.0. It is like somewhere around $90 or something, it definitely worth the price. For the thumbnails, I would definitely suggest Paint[dot]net, it is free and extremely effective.

Adobe Premiere Pro is pretty amazing for editing, and Photoshop is great for thumbnails.
 
For the thumbnails I use paint.net. It works great and is totally free! To edit I use VideoPad and Camtasia Studio, Videopad is free, Camtasia isn't.
