So who here watches their own content?

I'll watch it once when it first goes up to ensure all the annotations are in the right place and that it rendered ok. Then I'll go back a while later to sort of review it and to see if I'm improving.
 
I watch them enough during editing, I try really hard to watch after that, other than except to make sure the sound, annotation and the cc are right after I upload it to YouTube. :)
 
I do sometimes for amusement :P

True, and also for musicians, it is good way to go through one's own recordings/covers and dissect areas to improve on :)
