We're down about 30-40%. Just waiting for everything to go back up so we can actually profit from the new subscribers that are pushing our view count up.
 
We are holding back on a few videos that will do really well-just waiting for the ad rates to come back up. But in the meantime we're trying to get as many new subscribers as possible, so this month has turned into collaboration month.

Good thinking! It's nice to see youtubers thinking like small businesses when it comes to boom / bust periods!
 
This was the first month we really threw ourselves heavily into collaborations. It's way more work than expected, but the payoff is totally worthwhile.
 
Do people who are in a flat rate network contract see the same kind of drops? Or do they make the same amount year round?
 
I'm earning around half what I normally earn. Nov and Dec where my best months ever so far. This month has been very slow, but saying that its picked up a bit over the past few days......
