So... I made a new channel

I'm not new to YouTube (I have an existing channel with 1.2 million views and daily subs) but I'd just like some advice on how to get a new channel started. Any tips/advice would be much appreciated as this channel is the one I hope will build into a career.

On a side note, I am in partnership with RPM Network, so I'm hoping to get this new channel on my contract.
