Ignore it, first off networks have no real say on what your CPM will be, and there also is no way for you to make more money if that's what you're worried about because Google still takes their 45% cut, then the network would take their cut from the remaining, then you get paid. This is different from when you're just partnered with AdSense (YouTube directly) where Google will take their 45% cut, and then you get paid.
