Slowmo/action(?) camera

I’m looking for a relatively cheap slow mo camera and possibly also action camera. I was thinking of going with a gopro hero 4 but I’ve been hearing about other cameras that are just as good, maybe even better, and for way less. I was curious if you had any suggestions for cameras like this.

The Hero 4 Silver is a good option and I don't think it is all that expensive comparatively. If it's your first camera, you could try one of the off brands and see if you like it, but I've seen some of the footage and there is a difference.

If u got the right editing software and plugins and know how too use them u can turn any footage into slow mo without getting fked up framerate, i could edit you 1 video like that just for example if u want.
