Slow upload to Youtube?

Is anyone else experiencing slow upload to Youtube?
It says it will take 2.5 hours uploading which is weird, whenever I use Final cut pro to share to Youtube directly, the most it takes is 45mins, but that doesn't allow me to schedule a video upload time.
Which lead me to export my video first, then upload to Youtube.
My internet speed is fine. Anyone having the same issue?
 
Make sure that your internet's fine again, and make sure that the video file isn't huge. If the file is too big, it could take forever to upload. If it's too big, change your render/export settings to make the file smaller.
