Simple Editing Software

Hey,

I was wondering if there is any simple editing software I can use to edit my videos in the future. I was looking at Adobe Premeire, and I have used After Effects, but they seem way too complicated for simple edits. Heres a list of everything I need.

- Ability to add sound to videos (microphone and effects)
- Ability to insert intros and outros
- Insert Text in videos
- Can cut, and put clips together

Pretty simple, right?

If that is all you need/want, then iMovie or Windows Movie Maker will work fine for you. They are both free and get the job done. You will want to make the switch to Premiere, Final Cut, or Sony Vegas eventually though. They just give you so many more opportunities, and they speed up the process if you can use them properly.
