Should you tell your youtube subscribers what your next episode or videos is ?

I Love YTtalk
I'm getting ready to launch a new "How To: Yttalk.com" series (May 25 - EPISODE 1) & i was wondering should i be like TheFineBros on facebook ? ex: "TOMORROW ........... NEW YOUTUBERS REACT" they post sometimes :) , when they say the name of the show , but not what it's about ? Should i do the same ? Will it get me more views or will people be interested in my channel ?

If you have a schedule going, it can raise hype for the next episode. Or you can create suspense for the next episode by saying to be subscribed so you know what the next episode is.

So i should change my "videos uploaded randomly" schedule to something like: New uploads every Tuesday & Friday ?

We've actually considered this before. We used to do sneak peeks of next week's episode but we've stopped it (mainly because we don't always film that far in advance). However, I still think it's a fun idea. I think it just builds the excitement and it also gives people two opportunities to hear about the video.

TheFineBros doesn't do sneak peaks , they mostly post on facebook : NEW ELDERS REACT TOMORROW ! but not saying Elders React To ... , is that a good strategy ?

Well, I can't tell you for sure if it's a good strategy. They obviously think it is if they keep doing it. I would just try it yourself and see what people think. It certainly won't hurt your videos at all. And like I said, it kind of serves as a reminder that you're posting a video tomorrow, so that might even be helpful.

ok :) I'm going to upload every Tuesday & Saturday from now on !

I make it a habit of telling people when my next episode will be, but I don't mention what the next one will be about.

Not sure it makes a difference though. The only up side I can see is that it makes sure that I commit myself to making a video that day.

I just put all my tutorials on scheduled uploads then , set the date )

That sounds like it will be a cool series. If you can stick to the schedule I wouldn't see why it would be a problem, I think it would be good to promote the next episode. Especially if you know how to have one of those subscribe buttons at the end and it will give you an opportunity to say "hit the subscribe button to see the next episode on thursday" or whatever.
