I say it depends on the game. I don't normally watch face cam videos unless they're scary games.

IMO, yes IF:

a) You have the right lighting (for instance I am doing it without the best lighting and it's only so-so)
b) you are genuinely exciting and excited and it shows in your face
c) you aren't really scary looking (shallow thought I know, but true nonetheless.)
