until your audience retention is really high its probably best to keep it shorter, it also keeps you from going through footage quickly too lol

Yes.. you got to remember the average attention span of anyone on Youtube is roughly 2 minutes.. unless you are really engaging.. This is unfortunate but it is the way we have become.

For non-gamers, it's easier to watch the shorter videos. Or nicer. I suppose hard-core gamers might like the longer videos.
