Should I take Frederator Network's offer?

I hope this is the right place to ask. I have been invited into a partnership with Frederator Network, apparently they help generate a bigger audience and more revenue (even with the splitting). I know people who are joined with them and they say it's good. What do you guys think?

if you are an animator its a good choice, other than that i seriously doubt you will get the exposure the rest are getting.

They do feature your videos on their channel, as well as run adwords for you if you let them (they have an adswords team that will advertise yoru videos using a cut of your video profits, but try to make it so the ad money spent makes you more money than what it costs to buy said ads).
