Should I start a new channel just for vlogging?

I have been thinking about doing this for a little while now, but I want everyone's opinion cause this forum is awesome! So right now I have a channel about airsoft, but it's slowly dying because I can't produce enough content to make weekly videos like I would like to. With vlogging, I would be able to upload videos weekly without a problem, which I like the sound of!

Vlogging for a channel would definitely be very cool but I reccomend doing it on the airsoft channel as well. Some of the people might want to see your vlogs but then some might only be there for the airsoft. Having two different channels can be such a hassle

My first question, have you ever tried to vlog? First and foremost I would recommend to try it out, and get use to it. I would recommend to just upload to it your current channel. I am agreeing that it could quite the hassle to have a second channel.
