If you know for sure that they are offering a service that you absolutely need then yes, but don't just join a network for the sake of it, also don't believe any claims that your CPM will go up or anything as that it often not the case.

According to their site, it appears they're under RecStudios/FilmStudios. Haven't heard too much good about them. There is also some other threads on this forum about PlanetCameo, if you use the search bar.
