I don't think so obviously like you said even if they offer a good split if you never get paid it doesn't matter if the pay is good as there is a chance you won't see all the money you make anyway. Best bet is to apply to a different network but I'm curious on why would you join a network if you haven't posted a video in months as I don't think networks pay you for videos you made before joining?

I have other Channels.

What does it do?
A youtube network. What is does exactly is one allows monitization of videos (You make money) by playing adds on videos, they allow access to music that they have permission to use so no copyright strikes, protection of videos so you don't get in trouble for doing certain things, and help from staff and community which can help improve your channel. There is probably more but I'm not super knowledgeable in this subject.

I'd advise against Creative Nation, the split isn't that good, 60/40 is the lowest split you could possibly have. I'd suggest DamnLag as a good starting network if you meet the requirements. They have 90/10 rev split, and 24/7 support, plus no lock-in (you can leave whenever). Whereas CN has a year long lock-in contract.

CN Also have 90/10 per split.
