Shield for Customer [Need Feedback]

Hey everyone. Recently a customer wanted to pay for services which is awesome He wanted a shield for his servers donation ranks but wanted me to make one and see what he thought about it.

I admit it isn't that good :'( But I don't know what exactly I can do to make it better. He wanted the shields to be like these:

I think a logo of some sort would look nice. Maybe something involving your client's avatar?
