Not sure from a marketing perspective but this has been asked in the past and it turns out there are many sex education videos on there and these often have dildos etc mentioned in them and shown.

Just don't show them in use or they'll boot you quicker than you can blink. ROFLMAO

You could - but your video's will be so restricted, if not removed, that it wouldn't be worth it.
