Sequence presets missing on Premiere Pro CS6 (Mac)

So I need the HDV presets for Premiere Pro CS6 but it's missing when I want to start a new project. From the screenshot, I found a load of presets within the package contents of Premiere Pro CS6 but they aren't there when I go on the program. Any help as to how I can get these presets to appear?

HDV presets missing is a common issue pirated copies have. Your best bet would be the adobe forums for this inquiry.
