Sequence Issue in Adobe Premiere Pro CS6

So I had been editing my vlog last week and didn't have time to finish, so I saved and closed it out. Today I tried to open the project when I got this error:

Is there any way to fix this or do I just have to start a new project and edit from scratch?

Did you delete or move the file that you were editing? If you moved it from your computer, it won't be available. You will have to put it back on your computer before Premiere can find it.

did u delete the media cache of premiere or that folder premiere makes when u save a project?
if not it might have been a corrupted save. it does happen and i hope it wasnt alot of work, but u may need to start over :/
sry...

I figured as much (and no I didn't delete anything, so possibly just a corrupted save ... *sigh*).

Edit: I see what's going on ... Premiere Pro is once again not letting me create an HD 1920x1080 sequence. I ran into this problem before and not sure how I fixed it ... (the sequence it's trying to load is set at 1920x1080). Have you ever seen that before, where Premiere Pro just can't seem to create an HD sequence?

yeah i know the feeling... i had this happen in many programs.. even photoshop and flash...
so annoying -.-
Not sure if you saw my edit so I'll repost:

I've been doing 1080p for months now. It could be because my entire PC has been wonky lately and not sure where the problem resides. I upgraded my GPU just 6 months ago (to an AMD Radeon 6870), and increased my RAM to 16GB. I even took it to Geek Squad and had them run some diagnostics and such. Nothing has really helped. :(
