Search optimizing and "Tags"

Hi :)
You all seem very passionate about your hobby. I never thought about the optimal way a video should be named, tagged and described.

What I do: short but exact title plus username. And I use good thumbnails. I use around 10-15 tags. Is it important to write them in small AND capital letter? And I try to repeat words in title/description/tags. Improvements?
Are there tutorials about youtube-SEO?

And I'm searching for cool "Tag" videos, you know with the questions and answers to many topics. I think it's fun, a good way to connect to others.

I wouldn't do them in both small and capitals, it should be able to pick them up either way, really you should use as many as you can put in there and at the end read through them and remove the ones you dont think will help you so much or ones you think aren't very relevant, many members here use the Google keyword tool to get long tail keywords for their tags, those are the best to aim to become indexed under considering it would be exceptionally hard going for say YouTube on a video about using YouTube where you could use "How to use YouTube" in the tag instead and stand a chance at being ranked well for it:

For your titles keep them descriptive, relevant and use good keywording and keywords from your tags for it where you can and capitalise them correctly (Not everyone does this).

If you want to try some tag videos like the accent tag etc you could try any of these, we have a unique one for YTtalk members in there too which is perfect for video makers/YouTubers such as yourself:
