SD Card Selection and Glitches

I noticed very quickly that class 4-6 cards stop your recordings too sporadically. If you are getting an error message on your DSLR saying movie recording has been stopped automatically this is almost always the problem. You need a faster card.

Class 10 45mbs 16 gb SD cards seem the way to go for me. I have thought about buying a 128gb card for convenience and value but I decided not to because if one card dies that means you've just lost a lot more money than you would have if you just lost one 16gb card. In saying that, using Sandisk Extreme cards I have never had one become faulty in 3 years. If anyone uses larger cards, are they reliable?

One strange thing that does happen sometimes is just one frame from a random video I shot one or two formats ago appears in a new clip that I have recently filmed. Does anyone else get those weird one frame glitches? Does anyone know how to prevent it?
