Script Writing Help

Hey guys. I need a bit of help writing a script. Well, I don't need direct help really, I just need help planning the format of my script.

There's a game i'm creating a professional-looking documentary for, its really just for the fun of it though. I am having trouble planning the format of the script and such for the documentary. I've created a documentary in the past for a national competition, but it's not the same compared to this.

So, is there anyone out there that could please help me with formatting my script for a documentary about this game? Thanks!
 
Well plan out in your head what is going to happen, then just follow through write what comes to mind in a long and non edited script then go back refine it fix errors scrap/add paragraphs and bounce ideas of others! I am looking into a Game Movie so I play it then write what comes to mind! :)
 
Well that really depends what you want to document about the game. Is it the creation, release, game-style, effect on the industry? There would probably be a different format and style to the script depending on what the content will be.

Mr Thomsen, I see what you are saying. My documentary will contain information about the history of the game and how it was made, things you can do now, and what makes it a great game and such. I think I will just split each of these sections into a few paragraphs for each, and then i'll put it together so it makes sense!

Thats exactly how I would have done it, think of it like writing an article, you come up with the main sections and write under them, as long as theyre in order of making sense and flow etc it should work well :)
