Scheduled Uploads Gone?

I think it'd be a verification thing because I don't have monetisation enabled and I can still use scheduled uploads, in fact I could from day 1 so it's not a sub count feature either for those suggest it is. It shouldn't be URL related either.
 
I have no clue what your on about since i still have that scheduled option. I'd be in a mess if i didn't have that choice!
I'm scheduling video's as we speak actually...

How do you get custom thumbnails if you don't have monetisation enabled? :O

Sorry my mistake, I do have it enabled. But either way, you only need to verify your account in most cases to access custom thumbnails. The OP could try enabling monetisation to see if that helps.

I had to activate monetisation back in 2012 to be able to upload custom thumbnails :O
That doesn't mean I monetise my videos, though. I just have the option enabled.

Yes, I think it was different for some. For my old channel which was around mid 2013 I had the option to verify it OR enable monetisation but I couldn't verify it via phone for some reason and had to enable monetisation to use custom thumbnails. Others have been able to do it with just verifying.
 
I have used it twice now, definitely no subscriber or view limit. You may need to verify your account or enable monetization, I cant confirm because I had already done both of those things before using the scheduled uploads function. It could possibly be that you need a custom URL, but when you click on upload you it should come up on the drop down box along with public, private and unlisted.
