Scheduals...

About scheduals, some people are saying they are needed, but I see YouTubers who have 100k+ and no schedual, I personally am stressed so I don't really have a schedual at the moment, but tell me what you all think, is it really needed to get a schedual going?
I think it's a good idea to have a schedule at least when you're trying to make a name of yourself. Like that some of the subs will know when to expect a video from you. A thing that people with 100k+ subs I don't think they need to worry about ... but even then I would keep a schedule :D a more loose one, for sure

Only make a schedule that you can keep. Don't underestimate the time it takes to create, edit and produce a video. Having a loose schedule isn't a bad thing as you won't feel rushed to put out underbaked content. It's not like your subs will be waiting anxiously by the moment for your new video, they will find something else to watch in the meantime or even not think about it at all (unless YouTube is their life).

Scheduling is as much for you as it is for your audience. Without a schedule, it's really easy to tell yourself that you'll upload "tomorrow" and then there are many, many "tomorrows" that happen before you upload. So knowing when you'll upload a new video gives you time to schedule the recording time, editing time, etc.

I've also found that many of my subscribers know exactly what type of videos get uploaded on what days. The largest portion of my subscribers tune in for my hair information, which I upload on Tuesdays, and they are right there on Tuesday morning, watching the newest upload.

Sure, some really famous/successful YouTubers don't have a schedule, but they don't need to at this point. Why put any obstacles in your way? If you're busy, a schedule will help you quite a bit in figuring out when to make time to make and upload your content.
