Ok so heres the deal. Im not the toughest guy out there. Lets just say, I think Doom 4 is one of the scariest games ive ever played. Since i played that game i havnt even looked at something remotely scary.

I started to think that that can actually be a positive thing, People like to see other people get scared ********. So im thinking about creating some Horror videos when im playing some of the sickest scaryest games out there. Would that be something interesting and do you guys have ANY games you could recommend?

I assume you mean Doom 3, since Doom 4 doesn't exist yet.

I believe Amnesia: The Dark Descent & Outlast would be two of the most popular horror games to play.

If you want something with a bit more game play, you could try Condemned: Criminal Origins.
 
I tend to avoid horror games a lot too, but I'm slowly easing into them with the 1 off type horrors, sitll avoiding the longish 1s like Outlast or Amnesia. I tried Pizza Delivery which scared me and it was sort of my first horror where you have no weapons, then I tried Dungeon Nightmares which had me scared nearly the entire time I played it making the jumpscares all the more frightening for me. That's 1 I MIGHT be going to go back to but I'm actually waiting till I can build up the courage to do so (and till I have time), only got up to night 3 and didn't play any further than that xD
 
slender is a good one to start out but amnesia as well. Just type horror games in google and you will find a bunch
