Saving Over Existing YouTube Video with New upload

Couple days ago i uploaded a video on youtube, i forgot to stabilize the footage before i uploaded it as i was in a rush before i went to work. I have the footage stabilized now, but want to upload it overtop of the exsisting video, it has been linked to a couple forums and it has 50 views and i don't want to lose the statistics. If i have to i guess i will upload the stabilized video and delete the old one.

Sorry, that can't be done :(. You will just have to update the forums with the new links. Even if you go through the Youtube editor it will save it as a new file.

that's what i was after, thought maybe there was a secret way, thanks for the fast response. I appreciate it.
