Keep a notebook or jot down notes on your phone throughout the day. Just start filming and doing whatever, and see how the improv can be edited into an idea. Go on Google and see what's trending and make videos about that. Talk about the news. Make funny animal videos. Find things to parody.
There are ideas swirling all around us. Ideas aren't usually the issue, it's taking any idea and doing something with it that usually is what trips people up.

Skits can be tough to produce on a weekly/daily schedule (although SNL does a pretty good job with it). If you're having trouble coming up with ideas, you could reduce how often you post skits and maybe replace them with something easier to create. You can brainstorm as many ideas as possible, don't worry if an idea is good or bad at the time, you can deal with that later. As others have mentioned, focusing on something that's trending will allow you to always have something to base your video on.

It depends on your niche. What types of skits are you doing? Remember to be yourself. If you are making funny skits, chances are you are funny. Watch and study movies, shows and other YouTube videos.

I do the same thing, it is tough especially y yourself. Im a solo guy mostof the time and i just carry a notebook with me and write down topics i see on my fb or whatever pops in my head. Start with a basic idea, and add something really bizarre to it. For example, say you're in the bathroom and you forget your phone somewhere (most people take their ohone to go do #2) make fun of how bored and miserable you are. Thats typically how i build my sketches.

Id say utilize your toys and make little comedy skits. In the 'the return' video thumbnail, that bear and the gun could be a villain that you have to stop. Or you're try to rescue the barbie squad or something like that. Use the toys as characters as well as yourself as a hero aand make movies.
