Oh ok, since I get about 100 views a video, does that mean the more videos I upload that get around that many views my rpm WILL go up just a little?

It's hard to predict, but usually the more views per video you get, the better your RPM will be. More views=more ad impressions=a better chance of an ad getting clicked.

40% is a really good share. Most networks will only give you 20-30% and many larger networks cap your earnings, so no matter what you earn you only get so much. It kinda sucks really. Best thing on Youtube is to just do it for fun and see any earnings as a bonus!

lol 40% share is really good? most networks give you a 70-80% share....
