Rpm Copyright strike notifications

When i applied for rpm it was rejected because of copyright because of a gta video i have that had music in it. i took the music off now. will this allow me to apply without that coming up or will it be there forever?
 
Do you have any strikes etc? If not and all copyrighted content is removed I would imagine they would accept you if you meet the criteria now. @RPM Support or @RPM Jess may be able to advise you with this :)
