Let's see how long it will take before I get an answer from RPM support and how long it will take before I can leave the network.

I have been waiting 2 days so far... that's not that bad the mail says "Please note that it may take 48-72 hours".

My recruiter said they will contact me shortly.

Anyone else waiting for mail from RPM support?

It took me one week for my reply.

Their support can only get worse. How can small channels pay for a first class support service?
 
RPM have fell into the same trap ATV did.

The only way they can fix it now is by letting some smaller channels go, well good luck with that!

Or atleast hiring more people to do support. My recruiter always responds in 5 minutes for some reason and I think he has more to do than just respond to questions.
I hope they will let go of small channels.

That is the problem, small channels will not cover the wages for their support!
 
When i wanted to chat with those guys, i obviously had to contact them. It took them EXACTLY 47 hours to reply to my answer. It's still good looking at their size, they MANAGED to reply under their promised limit. :)
 
They are already letting channels go by providing slower support time, just a long term solution. Most kids will think "OH NOES RPM DOEZ NOT RESPOND TO ME AFTER 2 MINZ. THEY DONT DESERVE MY 9 CENTS WORTH OF YOUTUBE KESH. I WANNA LEAVE RPM OMFG RPM SUCKS CAWKS AND BAGELS." and then RPM will happily let them off or fine them a certain amount for terminating the contract. :3

Most kids don't even read the contract, they just think "JUST ANOTHER ONE OF THOSE OF THOSE TERMS OF SERVICE RUBBISH , SKIP THAT"

2 weeks later "OH MY GOD YOU HAVE NOT PAID ME MY 10 PENCE YET AND YOU KEEP TAKING HALF OF MY MONEY, I WANT OUT!"
