I can always manage to find all my music for videos in the audio library on Youtube. I suggest giving it a look if you haven't, I found plenty of dramatic and cinematic music on there when I was filming my channel trailer. But if you cant find what you're looking for on there, like Jawad said incompetech.com is a good one.

I'm sorry, I know you meant "royalty free", and to answer your question, the subforum "YouTube Tips, Tutorials, Help & Guide" has a sticky thread with a comprehensive list. And I believe YouTube's own Audio Library has a "cinematic" category.
