Roxio Gamecapture HD Pro Glitchy Video

I have been having a problem with pixilation and glitch video on my Roxio. Any advice on how to fix it. PS my laptop does not overheat and it has more than the required specs.

i use the hdmi on that cap card and im so happy with it, maybe reinstall the drivers?
